三步点拨推拿法配合中药熏洗治疗肱骨外上髁炎临床研究

Clinical Research on Three-step Tuina Method Combined with Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing in the Treatment of External Humeral Epicondylitis

目的观察三步点拨推拿法配合中药熏洗治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法将68例肱骨外上髁炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各34例,观察组采用三步点拨推拿法配合中药熏洗,对照组采用常规针灸推拿法治疗。结果观察组的显愈率为82.35%(28/34),总有效率为94.12%(32/34);对照组显愈率为73.53%(25/34),总有效率为88.24%(30/34),2组间显愈率和总有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗前后Mayo肘功能评分、VAS评分和握力指数均有所改善,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三步点拨推拿法配合中药熏洗对肱骨外上髁炎有较好的临床疗效,值得进一步研究及临床推广使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of three-step point tuina method combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis.Methods 68 patients with external humeral epicondylitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with three-step tuina method and Chinese medicine fumigation and washing.The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Results In the observation group,the remarkable recovery rate was 82.35%(28/34),and the total effective rate was 94.12%(32/34).In the control group,the obvious healing rate was 73.53%(25/34),and the total effective rate was 88.24%(30/34).There were significant differences in the obvious healing rate and total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Mayo elbow function score,VAS pain score and grip strength index of the two groups were improved before and after treatment,and the efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-step tuina method combined with Chinese medicine fumigation and washing has a good clinical effect on external humeral epicondylitis,which is worthy of further study and clinical application.
