摘要
目的研究护士主导的穴位按摩对中风患者日常生活能力、肢体功能恢复及抑郁状态的影响。方法选取78例脑中风患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各39例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组联合穴位按摩护理。由护士进行穴位按压治疗,比较2组的效果。结果护理后,研究组的ADL、HDMA、FMA、BBS、上下肢MMT评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以护士主导的穴位按摩对改善中风患者肢体功能、抑郁状态和日常生活能力有积极的影响,值得临床选用。
Objective To study the effect of nurse-led acupoint massage on the recovery of motor function,daily activities and depression of stroke patients.Methods A total of 78 patients with stroke were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received acupoint massage nursing on the basis of the control group.Results Acupressure was carried out by nurses,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the ADL,HDMA,FMA,BBS and MMT scores of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led acupoint massage has a positive effect on recovery of motor function,depression and daily activities of stroke patients.
