中药足浴配合中医内科护理在老年失眠症中的应用

The Application of Chinese Medicine Foot Bath Combined with Internal Medicine Nursing ofTraditional Chinese Medicine in Elderly Insomnia

目的探讨对老年失眠症患者给予中药足浴+中医内科护理干预后获得的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月1日—2020年12月31日收治的88例老年失眠症患者进行护理研究;随机分为常规护理组(常规护理)和联合护理组(常规护理+中药足浴+中医内科护理),各44例;比较护理结果。结果联合护理组护理总有效率95.45%(42/44)高于常规护理组的72.73%(32/44)(P<0.05)。护理前,联合护理组PSQI评分同常规护理组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,联合护理组PSQI评分低于常规护理组(P<0.05);护理前,联合护理组SDS评分、SAS评分同常规护理组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,联合护理组SDS评分、SAS评分均低于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论中药足浴+中医内科护理干预方式有效应用后,可促进老年失眠症患者综合护理水平、预后水平双重提升。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese medicine foot bath and internal medicine nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on elderly patients with insomnia.Methods From January 1,2018 to December 31,2020,88 elderly patients with insomnia were selected for nursing study.They were randomly divided into routine nursing group(routine nursing)and combined nursing group(routine nursing,Chinese medicine foot bath and internal medicine nursing of traditional Chinese medicine),with 44 cases in each group.The nursing effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of combined nursing group was 95.45%(42/44),which was higher than that of routine nursing group 72.73%(32/44)(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in PSQI score between the combined nursing group and the routine nursing group(P>0.05).After nursing,the PSQI score of combined nursing group was lower than that of routine nursing group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SDS score and SAS score between the combined nursing group and the conventional nursing group(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of SDS and SAS in combined nursing group were lower than those in routine nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effective application of traditional Chinese medicine,comprehensive nursing level and prognosis level of elderly patients with insomnia can be improved.
