民族医药治疗抑郁症的研究进展

Research Progress of Ethnic Medicines in the Treatment of Depression

抑郁症是一种以心境或情绪低落为主要表现的精神障碍类疾病,严重影响患者的身心健康,对其有效的防治已成为神经系统疾病领域的研究热点。临床上治疗抑郁症以西药为主,虽取得了一定的效果,但同时也存在靶点单一、不良反应明显、耐药性等缺点,故亟需寻求其他补充替代疗法。民族医药是中华民族几千年的智慧结晶,其独特疗法对改善抑郁症症状具有一定的优势。此文通过收集蒙医、藏医、壮医、维医治疗抑郁症的相关文献,对其治疗现状进行综述分析,发现以上4种民族医药治疗抑郁症临床观察研究相对较多,而临床实验研究、动物实验研究、药理毒理研究等相对滞后,未来有待深入开展相关研究,为临床上治疗抑郁症提供新思路。

Depression is a mental disorder characterized by low mood as the main manifestation,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients.Its effective prevention and treatment has become a research hotspot in the field of neurological diseases.The clinical treatment of depression is mainly western medicine.Although it has achieved certain curative effects,it also has shortcomings such as single target,obvious side effects,and drug resistance.Therefore,other complementary and alternative therapies are urgently needed.Ethnic medicine is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation for thousands of years,and its unique therapy has certain advantages in improving the symptoms of depression.In this paper,by collecting the relevant literature on the treatment of depression by Mongolian medicine,Tibetan medicine,Zhuang medicine and Uyghur medicine,the current situation of their treatment is reviewed and analyzed.It shows that there are relatively many clinical observational studies on the treatment of depression by four ethnic medicines,while clinical experimental research,animal experimental research,and drug toxicology research are relatively lagging behind,and further related research needs to be carried out in the future to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of depression.
