对残疾人公共文化服务的提档升级,是关乎残疾人文化水平和精神生活质量的有力保障。在分析江苏省残疾人公共文化服务体系建设现状,并结合《“十四五”残疾人保障和发展规划》《“十四五”公共文化服务体系建设规划》及《江苏省“十四五”残疾人事业发展规划》等文件的新要求、新内容、新部署的基础上,总结既往经验与成效,客观思考现存问题与困境,重点探寻江苏省残疾人公共文化服务体系建设与发展的新思路,有助于实现其高质量、可持续性发展目标。

The upgrading of public cultural service for the disabled is a powerful guarantee for their cultural level and spiritual life quality.By analyzing the current state of construction of the public cultural services system for the disabled in Jiangsu and combining with the new requirements,contents and plans of The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Guarantee and Development of Disabled Persons,The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Construction of Public Cultural Service System,The 14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Disabled Cause in Jiangsu Province and other documents,this paper summarizes previous experience and results,objectively considers the existing problems and dilemmas,and focuses on exploring new ideas for the construction and development of the public cultural service system for the disabled in Jiangsu in order to achieve the goal of high quality and sustainable development.
