超重耐磨管在大口径煤矸石垂直输送孔中的应用

摘要 依托葫芦素煤矿煤矸石垂直输送项目,采用现场实践与室内实验相结合的方式,对耐磨套管在煤矸石垂直输送中的应用进行了研究。Cr28高铬铸铁的耐磨性约是对比材料16Mn的8.43倍;工况条件下,20年的磨损质量为269.2kg/m^(2),占比总材料的97.89%,符合预期要求;组合套管的总重量约为326t,为煤炭系统之最;应用耐磨套作为煤矸石的运输通道为煤矸石处置增加了一条新的途径,表现出较好的适用性,有较强的推广价值。 Based on the project of vertical transportation of coal gangue inHulusu coal mine,the application of abrasive-resitant casting pipe in vertical transportation of coal gangue was studied by means of field practice and laboratory experiment.The abrasive resistance of Cr28 high chromium cast iron is about 8.43 times as much as that of the contrast material 16Mn.The abrasive mass of Cr28 high chromium casting iron is 269.2 kg/m^(2) in 20 years,accounting for 97.89%of the total materials,which meets the expected requirements,The total weight of the casing pipes assembly is about 326t,it is the best one in coal industry.The application of putting abrasive-resistant casting pipes as the transport channel of coal gangue adds a new way for the disposal of coal gangue,which shows better applicability and has strong promotional value.
