摘要
为解决夏季高温高湿条件下纺纱车间温湿度控制问题,通过建立空调系统数学模型,基于Python开发空调系统制冷季车间温湿度自动控制动态仿真程序,采用PID算法自动调控冷水阀开度、二次回风阀开度以及风机和水泵频率等参数,从而实现车间的温湿度控制目标。对于不同初始温湿度条件,基于优化策略采用该仿真程序通过PID自动调整各空调设备参数,在5000 s左右达到温度26℃的控制目标,在4000 s左右达到相对湿度60%的控制目标。认为:该空调系统自动控制仿真优化策略合理性和经济性较好,能够满足夏季温湿度控制目标要求。
In order to solve temperature and humidity control problem in spinning workshop under higher temperature and higher humidity conditions in summer,mathematical model of air conditioning system was established.Based on Python,dynamic simulation program of temperature and humidity automatic control in cooling workshop by air conditioning system was developed.PID algorithm was used to automatically control cold water valve opening,secondary return air valve opening,fan and water pump frequency and so on.Thus,temperature and humidity control target of workshop was achieved.For different initial temperature and humidity conditions,based on optimization strategy the simulation program was adopted to automatically adjust parameters of air conditioning equipment through PID.Control target of reaching 26℃in 5000 s was reached.Control target of reaching 60%relative humidity in 4000 s was reached.It is considered that simulation optimization strategy of automatic control for the air-conditioning system was reasonable and economical.It could meet control target requirements of temperature and humidity in summer.
