纺织厂空压机进气预处理与区域适用性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了分析空压机进气预处理的节能效果及区域适用性,在某纺织厂搭建了空压机进气预处理试验台,测试分析采用进气预处理后的节能效果。分析发现:对进气预处理后空压机进气温度和机组功率明显降低,产气量和节能率显著提高;空气进气温度越高,空压系统节能越明显。经过理论分析,在广州、福州、盐城和西安4个地区,空压机进气预处理设备年使用率分别为72.29%、60.86%、32.86%、31.43%,广州和福州地区适于采用进气预处理设备。以产气量30 Nm^(3)/min的单台空压机为例,在广州和福州地区每年可节约电费分别为17342元和15566元,节能和经济效益较为明显。认为:当设备年使用率超过55%时,采用空压机进气预处理具有显著的节能效果。 In order to analyze the energy-saving effect and regional applicability of air compressor suction pretreatment,a test bench of air compressor suction pretreatment was built in a textile factory,the energy-saving effect after adopting suction pretreatment was tested and analyzed.It was found from analysis that the air intake temperature and unit power of the air compressor were significantly reduced after suction pretreatment,and the air production and power saving rate were significantly increased.The higher air intake temperature was,the more obvious the power saving of the air compression system would be.After theoretical analysis,the annual utilization rate of air compressor suction pretreatment equipment in Guangzhou,Fuzhou,Yancheng and Xi'an was 72.29%,60.86%,32.86%and 31.43%respectively.Guangzhou and Fuzhou regions were suitable for adopting suction pretreatment equipment.Taking a single air compressor with a gas production capacity of 30 Nm^(3)/min as an example,the annual electricity cost savings in Guangzhou and Fuzhou were 17342 yuan and 15566 yuan.The energy saving and economic benefits were more obvious.It is considered that using air compressor suction pretreatment has a significant power saving effect when the annual utilization rate of the equipment exceeds 55%.
