新疆机采棉细号纱的清梳联工艺优化

Optimization of Blowing-carding Unit Process for Xinjiang Machine-picked Cotton Fine Yarn

摘要 探讨新疆机采棉细号纱的清梳联工艺优化效果。采用渐进柔性开松、早落少碎的工艺思路,通过优化清梳联流程,结合工艺试验优选上机工艺等技术措施,显著提高了清梳联设备清棉机组的除杂效率,大幅减少了开清棉过程中的纤维损伤和棉结增长;同时对优化后清梳联流程及工艺配置进行了论述分析。生产实践表明:优化后的清梳联流程在加工新疆机采棉时,清棉机组的除杂效率达到66.3%,短绒增长率可达到负增长,梳棉机组的棉结去除率可超过85%,JC 14.8 tex管纱的主要质量指标均达到USTER 2018公报5%水平。 Optimization effect of blowing-carding unit process of Xinjiang machine-picked cotton fine yarn was discussed.Process thought of gradually soft opening and early drop less crush was adopted.Through technology measures like optimizing blowing-carding unit procedure,combining process test and optimizing process and so on,impurity removal efficiency of scutching unit in blowing-carding equipment was obviously improved.Fiber damage and nep increase during opening and picking procedure were greatly reduced.Meanwhile,optimized blowing-carding unit procedure and process configuration were reviewed and analyzed.Production process showed that impurity removal efficiency of scutching unit was reached 66.3%when optimized blowing-carding unit procedure was used in Xinjiang machine-picked cotton process.Short fiber increase rate was reached negative growth.Neps removal efficiency of carding unit was reached above 85%.Main quality indexes of JC 14.8 tex bobbin yarn were all reached 5%level of USTER 2018 statistics.
