摘要
随着客户对室内不同业务网络使用需求的不断提升,为了进一步对楼宇内客户网络体验进行精确评估、分析定位及优化提升,研究与实践了一种基于客户感知汇聚的楼宇问题定位方法。通过对客户感知进行画像并将结果与定位信息关联汇聚成楼宇的体验评价,进而将感知与质量管控关联分析,优化解决楼宇网络问题。结果显示,该系统规模应用后,重点楼宇整体良好率超过90%、提升了11PP,实践效果良好。
With the customer’s demand for indoor various business networks constantly increasing,it is necessary to further accurately evaluate,analyze,locate,and optimize the customer network experience in buildings.To this end,a building problem location method based on customer perception is researched and practiced.By profiling customer perception and aggregating the results and positioning information into building experience evaluation,the correlation analysis between perception and quality control is realized,so as to optimize and solve building network problems.The numerical results show that the proposed system can make the overall good rate of key buildings exceed 90%and increase by 11PP,which has a good practical effect.
