摘要
在保证钢瓶处理质量的前提下,如何高效率的进行氦气钢瓶抽真空置换处理,对氦气充装企业来说非常重要。通过实验得知,同一排氦气钢瓶的处理时间主要取决于罗茨泵的启动时间,罗茨泵启动后钢瓶内无论是氦气介质还是氮气介质,抽到相同的真空度数值所用时间相差不大。螺杆泵启动后,通入一定量氩气可以大大缩短氦气钢瓶抽真空时间,提高氦气钢瓶的处理效率,同时对钢瓶处理质量不会造成影响。
Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the cylinder treatment,how to efficiently carry out the vacuum replacement treatment of the helium cylinder is very important for the enterprises that carry out the helium filling.The experiment shows that the treatment time of the same row of helium cylinders mainly depends on the start-up time of roots pump.After the start-up of roots pump,the time for pumping the same vacuum value in the cylinder,whether helium medium or nitrogen medium,is not much different.After the screw pump is started,a certain amount of argon can greatly shorten the vacuum pumping time of helium cylinder and improve the treatment efficiency of helium cylinder.At the same time,it will not have any impact on the quality of cylinder treatment.
