摘要 为培养能够适应社会高质量发展的人才,学校应着力提升学生对实际问题进行全面分析和提出有效解决方案的能力。基于学习迁移理论对案例库建设进行研究有助于提高案例教学质量,更好地实现课程的三维教学目标。基于学习迁移理论对供应链管理课程案例库建设提出三点原则:案例库结构应围绕工作过程、由易到难循序渐进;案例选编应考虑形象相似性,增强已学知识的稳定性;案例设计要重视学习经验积累,促进学习策略迁移。 To help students to better adapt to the society,which is in a high-quality development stage,schools must exert themselves to enhance students ability to comprehensively analyze and effectively solve practical issues.Research on case library construction based on learning transfer theories helps to improve the quality of case teaching,and to better achieve three-dimension objectives of the course.This paper proposes three tenets in case library construction of the course supply chain management based on learning transfer theories:first,organize cases from easy to difficult,and in a step-by-step order around working process;second,take the imagery similarity into consideration when selecting cases,makes learned knowledge and skills more impressive;third,highlight learning experience accumulation during cases design process,and help learning strategies transfer.
