基于混合动力台架油耗测试准确性影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于某整车混合动力台架开发项目,阐述了混合动力台架结构组成及油耗测试方法,实现整车循环模拟以及对整车循环油耗的有效性进行评价,并以此为基础研究影响台架油耗测试结果的因素。通过分析油耗准确性影响因素,为后续深入挖掘混合动力台架能量测量方法,或修正优化台架油耗测试结果提供依据,并在整车标定及能量管理策略优化等方面具有较好的指导和借鉴作用。 Based on a vehicle project of hybrid testbed development,the structure composition and fuel consumption test method of the hybrid testbed are described,simulate the vehicle cycle and evaluates the effectiveness of the vehicle cycle fuel consumption,and the factors affecting fuel consumption test results are studied on basis of this.By discussing the influencing factors of fuel consumption accuracy,it provides a basis for further excavating the energy measurement method of hybrid power testbed,or correcting and optimizing the fuel consumption test results of testbed.It has good guidance and reference in vehicle calibration and energy management strategy optimization.
