摘要
在整车试验过程中,中重型商用车的相对运动部件时常有磨损的情况发生,如果磨损时间过长,可能存在管、线束破损的现象,导致相应功能失效及频繁显示故障码。在Pro/E的3D数模环境中模拟新平台开发车型中存在相对运动的部件运动情况,提前检视运动部件的间隙,避免后期试验及市场上的失效问题产生,减少可预知的干涉、缩短开发周期。本文运用DMU技术建立非承载式车身运动包络并进行驾驶室与底盘有关部件的运动校核,提出了解决相应硬点干涉的问题的方法,并在实车上验证了该方案的有效性。
During the vehicle test,the relative moving parts are often worn.If worn ofen,the pipe and harness may be damaged,resulting in corresponding function failure and frequent display fault codes.Checking the clearance of moving parts in advance by simulating the movement of parts with relative motion in the vehicle model developed on the new platform in the 3D digital simulation environment.Avoiding the failure problems in later testing,reducing predictable interference and shorten the development time.In this paper,DMU technology is used to establish the motion envelope of vehicle and the motion simulation of the body and chassis components.A method to solve the problem of corresponding hard point interference is proposed,and the effectiveness of the scheme was verified on the real vehicle.
