摘要
对搭载可变截面增压器的电控柴油机在高原移动台架上进行了高原工作条件确定和优化标定试验,提出了针对不同转速区域的标定原则和方法,并用标定后的MAP控制发动机进行了台架性能试验。试验结果表明,经高原标定后的柴油机,可满足既定的机械限值要求和动力性要求,达到了试验目标期望。
This paper introduces the altittude calibration boundary conditions and completed optimization calibration test for electronic Control Diesel Engine with Variable Geometry Turbocharger,The calibration principles and methods for different speed regions are proposed.The engine full load test was carried out with the calibrated map control system.The test results show that the engine performance calibrated on altitude can meet the requirements of mechanical limit and the dynamic performance,which meet the test target expectation.
