摘要 直接黑19作为常用的黑色染料,是难处理印染废水的主要成分之一。采用活性炭吸附处理直接黑19染料废水,考察活性炭目数、用量、pH、直接黑19初始质量浓度和吸附时间等因素对直接黑19吸附性能的影响。结果表明,活性炭目数越高,活性炭对直接黑19的吸附去除率越高;在活性炭用量为0.1~0.9 g时,用量越高,越有利于直接黑19的吸附去除;酸性条件有利于活性炭对直接黑19的吸附去除;直接黑19染料的初始质量浓度越高,活性炭对染料的吸附去除率越低;吸附温度在38℃时,活性炭对直接黑19的吸附效果最高;200目活性炭对直接黑19的最佳吸附时间为60 min,去除率可达到91.53%。 As the main black dye,Direct Black 19 is one of the main components of dyeing wastewater which is difficult to treat.Direct Black 19 wastewater is treated by adsorption of activated carbon.The effects of activated carbon mesh and dosage,pH,initial mass concentration of Direct Black 19 and adsorption time on the adsorption performance of Direct Black 19 are investigated.The results show that the higher the number of activated carbon mesh,the higher the adsorption removal efficiency of activated carbon to Direct Black 19.When the amount of activated carbon is 0.1~0.9 g,the higher the amount,the more favorable the adsorption and removal of Direct Black 19.Acidic conditions are favorable for the adsorption of Direct Black 19 by activated carbon.The higher the initial mass concentration of Direct Black 19,the lower the dye adsorption removal efficiency of activated carbon.When the adsorption temperature is 38℃,the adsorption removal efficiency of activated carbon on Direct Black 19 dye achieves the highest.The optimal adsorption time of 200mesh activated carbon for Direct Black 19 is 60 min,and the removal efficiency reaches 91.53%.
