甘肃省成年血友病患者心理健康及生活质量研究

Study on mental health and the health related quality of life of adult hemophiliacs in Gansu Province

目的了解甘肃省成年血友病患者的心理健康、生活质量及其相关因素。方法回顾性分析甘肃省国家血友病病例信息管理中心登记的患者信息,使用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、健康调查量表36等了解患者的心理健康及生活质量,探究其影响因素。结果74例成年血友病患者抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表得分分别为(53.0±13.82)、(47.95±11.07)分,生活质量总分为(43.31±16.11)分,躯体健康总评为(34.44±18.39)分,精神健康总评为(52.17±19.39)分。大专及以上学历、家庭年收入>5万元是成年血友病患者抑郁自评量表得分、焦虑自评量表得分的独立影响因素。家庭年收入>5万元、关节无疼痛是成年血友病患者生活质量得分的独立影响因素。结论甘肃省成年血友病患者抑郁、焦虑发生比例较高,整体生活质量低。学历、家庭年收入、关节疼痛状态等影响患者的心理健康及生活质量。

Objective To understand mental health,health related quality of life,and their related factors of adult patients with hemophilia in Gansu Province.Methods The patient information registered by the National Hemophilia Case Information Management Center of Gansu Province was retrospectively analyzed,selfrating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and 36-Item Short Form6 Health Survey(SF-36)were used to evalued mental health and health related quality of life of patients,and their influencing factors were further explored.Results The scores of SDS and SAS of 74 adult patients were 53.0±13.82 and 47.95±11.07,respectively.The total health related quality of life score was 43.31±16.11,the physical health score was 34.44±18.39,and the mental health score was 52.17±19.39.The degree of specialist qualifications or above,annual family income>50000 yuan were independent influencing factors of depression scores and anxiety scores in adult hemophiliacs.Annual family income>50000 yuan,joint pain free were independent factors of health related quality of life score of adult hemophiliacs.Conclusion The incidence of depression and anxiety in adult hemophiliacs in Gansu Province is high,and the health related quality of life is low.Educational level,family annual income,joint pain status affect the mental health and health related quality of life of patients.
