摘要
本文以螺栓加工台式钻床加工平台的PLC自动化控制系统设计为例,探讨了将PLC技术与传统电气控制系统融合的设计思路,并详细介绍了钻床平台电气控制系统的自动化控制流程,同时依据螺栓加工工艺特点,分析了传感器检测装置、控制执行装置以及PLC软件的选型。同时也为PLC自动化控制编程提供了明确的编程思路与编程要求。
In view of this situation,taking the PLC automatic control system design of the bolt processing bench drilling machine processing platform as an example,this paper discusses the design idea of integrating PLC technology with the traditional electrical control system,introduces the automatic control process of the electrical control system of the drilling machine platform in detail,and analyzes the sensor detection device according to the characteristics of bolt processing technology Selection of control actuator and PLC software.At the same time,it also provides clear programming ideas and programming requirements for PLC automatic control programming.
