“十四五”时期民和县文化旅游产业高质量融合发展路径探索

Exploration on the High-Quality Integrated Development path of Cultural Tourism Industry in Minhe County During the“14th Five-Year Plan”Period

本文在对“十四五”时期民和县文化旅游产业融合发展的环境进行SWOT分析的基础上提出高质量发展的具体路径。研究发现,“十四五”时期民和县文化旅游产业融合发展在拥有生态环境、区位和文化旅游资源独特和富集优势的同时,也面临分工、竞争和资源三大约束,因此,“十四五”时期,民和县必须充分利用三大优势,克服三大约束,应以全域旅游发展的最新理念为指引,全域谋划、全业融合、全方位推介、全力保障发展旅游业。

This paper proposes a specific path for high-quality development based on a SWOT analysis of the environment for the integrated development of the cultural tourism industry in Minhe County during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.The study found that the integrated development of cultural tourism industry in Minhe County during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period has the unique and enriched advantages of ecological environment,location and cultural tourism resources,but also faces three constraints of division of labor,competition and resources.During the“Fourth Five-Year Plan”period,Minhe County must make full use of the three major advantages and overcome the three major constraints.It should be guided by the latest concept of global tourism development,comprehensive planning,industry integration,all-round promotion,and fully guarantee the development of tourism.
