青海碳金融发展现状及问题研究

Research on the Current Situation and Problems of Carbon Finance Development in Qinghai

碳金融是缓解全球气候变暖以及其他气候问题的重要手段,自提出以来一直是国际的热点问题。为应对气候变化,我国提出了“双碳”政策,同时对各省市也下达了实现“双碳”的具体指标。在“双碳”政策的大背景下,碳金融是助力经济发展与缓解气候问题的“一石二鸟”之计,可以有效助力地方经济发展和生态保护。基于此,本文以碳金融为研究对象,针对青海地区研究了碳金融发展的现状,主要从清洁发展机制项目(CDM)这一指标深入分析碳金融助力解决青海经济发展中的相关问题的建议和办法。

Carbon finance is an important means to alleviate global warming and other climate problems.It has been an international hot issue since it was proposed.In order to deal with climate change,my country has put forward a“dual carbon”policy,and at the same time has issued specific targets for each province and city to achieve“dual carbon”.In the context of the“dual carbon”policy,carbon finance is a“one stone,two birds”solution to help economic development and alleviate climate problems,and can effectively help local economic development and ecological protection.Based on this,this paper takes carbon finance as the research object,studies the current situation of carbon finance development in Qinghai,mainly from the clean development mechanism(CDM)indicator,and analyzes carbon finance to help solve related problems in Qinghai's economic development.Method.
