摘要
目前,学者从心理契约视角对民营企业90后知识型员工的针对性研究较少,本研究将关注点放在民营企业90后知识型员工心理契约提升研究上,具有很大的研究意义。本研究通过参考学者成熟的问卷,利用SPSS来对民营企业90后知识型员工心理契约的现状及问题进行分析,并提出提升该群体心理契约的针对性建议。
At Presen,There Are Few Targeted Rescarches On Post--90s Knowledge Workers In Private Enterprises From The Perspee-tive Of Psyehological Contract.This Study Focuses On The Improverment Of Psychological Contract Of Post-90s Knowledge Workers In Private Enterprises,Which Has Great Research Significance.By Referming To The Mature Questionnaire Of Scholars,This Study Uses SPSS To Analyze The Status Quo And Problems Of The Psychological Contract Of Knowledge Employees Bom In The 1990s In Private Entepriscs,And Puts Forward Targeted Suggestions To Improve The Psychological Contract Of This Group.
