Research and development of auxiliary tools for planning transferable indicator measurement

转供能力作为电网供电能力的重要组成部分,对电网的供电可靠性和运行灵活性有较大影响。本文通过分析规划可转供测算工作中的常见问题,针对几种常见配电网接线形式,提出了简化的判断及计算方法,基于此开发出规划可转供指标测算辅助工具,为网架规划工作提供了参考及发展方向。

As an important part of the power supply capacity of the power grid,transfer capacity has a great impact on the power supply reliability and operation flexibility of the power grid.By analyzing the common problems in the calculation of planning transferable power supply,this paper puts forward a simplified judgment and calculation method for several common distribution network connection forms.Based on this,an auxiliary tool for the calculation of planning transferable power supply index is developed,which provides a reference and development direction for grid planning.
