增稠剂L-112在涤纶织物印花中的应用

摘要 对比抱水性、表观得色量、花型轮廓清晰度等,筛选一种与分散染料具有较好相容性、防渗化能力好的合成增稠剂L-112用于涤纶织物印花以替代海藻酸钠,并对其黏度、流变性能、抱水性及印制性能进行测试分析。结果表明,增稠剂L-112具有假塑性流体特征,黏度随着剪切速率的增加而下降;在0.10~7.75、202~600 r/s频率范围内,储能模量G′大于损耗模量G″,损耗系数tanδ小于1,弹性效应占主导地位;而在7.75~202.00 r/s频率范围内,黏性效应占主导地位。增稠剂L-112触变性良好,黏度回复率为96.50%,印花产品表观得色量高,耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度可以达到4~5级。 A synthetic thickener L-112,which had good compatibility with disperse dye and good anti-seepage ability,was selected to replace sodium alginate for polyester fabric printing,and the viscosity,rheological properties,water holding capacity and printing performance of synthetic thickener L-112 were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the thickener L-112 had the characteristics of pseudoplastic fluid,and the viscosity decreased with the increase of shear rate.In the frequency range of 0.10~7.75 and 202~600 r/s,the storage modulus G′was greater than the loss modulus G″,and the loss coefficient tanδwas less than 1,the elastic effect was dominant.In the frequency range of 7.75~202.00 r/s,the viscosity effect was dominant.The thickener L-112 had good thixotropy and viscosity recovery rate was 96.50%.The apparent color yield of printing products was high,and the rubbing fastness and soapping fastness could reach grade 4~5.
