手持设备逆反射色示值误差的不确定度评定

摘要 本文参考GB/T 18833-2012《道路交通反光膜》、JJF 1809-2020《逆反射测量仪校准规范》和JJG 211-2005《亮度计检定规程》,对红色、黄色和蓝色反光膜色品坐标测得值进行不确定度评定。研究建立了测量模型,分析了不确定度来源,计算得到k=2时的扩展不确定度。黄色逆反射色品坐标的测量不确定度最小,蓝色的最大。常见逆反射色品坐标扩展不确定度U(x)=0.012、U(y)=0.012(k=2)。色板引入的不确定度最大,重复性、入射角等对其测量不确定度的影响是次要的。 This paper evaluates the uncertainty of color coordinate measurement results of red,yellow and blue ret-roreflective film with reference to GB/T 18833-2012"Retroreflective Sheeting for Traffic Control",JJF 1809-2020"Calibration Specification for Retroreflectometers"and JJG 211-2005"Verification Regulation of Luminance Meter".The measurement model is established,the source of uncertainty is analyzed,and the extended uncertainty when k=2 is calculated.The results show that the measurement uncertainty of yellow retroreflective chromaticity co-ordinate is the smallest,and that of blue retroreflective chromaticity coordinate is the largest.The expanded uncer-tainty of common retroreflective chromaticity coordinates U(x)is 0.012 and U(y)is 0.012(k=2).The back re-flection color plate contributes the most to the uncertainty,and the influence of repeatability measurement and inci-dent angle deviation on the measurement uncertainty is secondary.
