摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地侏罗系煤田在开采过程中受顶板水害影响,造成矿井涌水量较大。常规的矿井水处理方法采用地面直排法、回灌法或顶板采空区治理法等,这些方法对矿井水的处理效果有限,成本较高,且随着环境保护要求日趋严格,矿井水排放也会严重影响生态环境。以鄂尔多斯盆地侏罗系煤田矿井水减量为研究对象,通过分析矿井地质及水文地质条件,从矿井充水源头出发,研究主要充水含水层横向注浆帷幕截流可行性及实用性条件,通过实际注浆工程,采用理论计算法和数值模拟法对直罗组砂岩含水层注浆帷幕截流减量效果进行预测,进而提出从根本上实现矿井涌水减量可行性方案。
The Jurassic coal field in Ordos Basin is affected by roof water hazard during mining,resulting in large amount of mine water inflow.The effect of conventional mine water treatment methods such as the ground direct drainage method,recharging method or roof goaf treatment method is limited,and the cost is also too high.With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements,mine water discharge will seriously affect the ecological environment.Aiming at the Jurassic coal field of Ordos Basin mine water reduction,the mine geology and hydrogeological conditions were analyzed,the mine water inflow source,the feasibility and practicability of the horizontal curtain grouting to prevent water inrush was illustrated.Through the grouting engineering practice,the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation method were used to predict the effect of mine water reduction in Zhiluo sandstone aquifer by horizontal curtain grouting.Based on the above,a feasible scheme of reducing mine water inflow was proposed.
