高效节能换热立式热回收焦炉技术的开发与应用

摘要 利用高效节能换热立式热回收焦炉技术建设的7孔4.3 m热回收焦炉于2021年3月17日建成投产。经过不断调节优化,已逐步实现了稳定运行,预计年产焦炭可达5.5万t,中温中压蒸汽13.7万t,优于设计值。焦炭生产效率较同类型机焦炉提高10.3%。同时全炉负压操作,实现焦炭生产清洁高效、低成本的目标。 Using the efficient and energy-saving vertical heat recovery coke oven technology, the 7-hole 4.3 m heat recovery coke oven was completed and put into operation on March 17 2021. After constant adjustment and optimization, it has gradually realized stable operation. It is estimated that the annual output of coke can reach 55 000 tons, and the steam of medium temperature and pressure can reach 137 000 tons, which is better than the design value. The coke production efficiency is 10.3% higher than that of coke ovens of the same type. At the same time, the whole furnace negative pressure operation, achieve the goal of cleaner, more efficient and low-cost coke production.
