摘要 文章通过对传统铁—钢界面铁水调度及运输作业时常出现的信息滞后、调度响应缓慢等问题进行了诊断分析,提出了铁—钢界面智慧管控全新模式。融合射频识别技术(RFID)、全球定位系统(GPS)、地理信息系统(GIS)等先进的现代化信息化技术,实现铁水调度、运输的实时监控与数据采集,同时对铁—钢界面智能调优系统的技术架构与基本功能进行了初步设计,以期通过提出的技术方案实现铁—钢界面铁水调度模式由人工粗放式调度模式向基于信息技术的精细化调度模式的转变,提升钢铁企业铁水调度效率、铁水罐周转率、铁水温降等关键生产指标,赋能钢铁企业降本增效。 The paper analyzed the problems such as information lag and slow dispatch response that often occur in traditional scheduling and transportation operations of iron steel interface hot metal, and a new mode of intelligent management and control of iron-steel interface was proposed: by fusion of radio frequency identification technology(RFID), global positioning system(GPS), geographic information system(GIS) and other advanced modern information technology, the real-time monitoring and data collection of hot metal dispatching and transportation were realized. At the same time, the technical framework and basic functions of the iron-steel interface intelligent tuning system have been preliminarily designed, in order to realize the transformation of the iron-steel interface hot metal scheduling mode from the manual extensive scheduling mode to the refined scheduling mode based on information technology through the proposed technical scheme, and improve the hot metal scheduling efficiency, hot metal turnover rate, and hot metal temperature drop in iron and other key production indicators of steel enterprises. and empower steel enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
