新型高性能水泥基灌浆材料的配置及性能研究

Research on configuration and performance of new high-performance cement-based grouting materials

为解决灌浆材料在性能上存在的问题,向水泥基灌浆材料中掺入不同的外加剂,并完成新型高性能水泥基灌浆材料的配置。为验证水泥基灌浆材料的基本性能,对水泥基灌浆材料进行配置和性能测试。膨胀剂可提高水泥基灌浆材料的膨胀率,粉煤灰有利于提高水泥基灌浆材料的强度。最终选取6%的膨胀剂掺量作为水泥基灌浆材料的最佳掺量,并将粉煤灰的最佳掺量定为10%~15%。

In order to solve the performance problems of grouting materials,different admixtures are added to the ce⁃ment-based grouting materials and the configuration of new high-performance cement-based grouting materials is completed.In order to verify the basic performance of cement-based grouting materials,the configuration and per⁃formance tests of cement-based grouting materials are carried out.Expansion agent can improve the expansion rate of cement-based grouting material,and fly ash is beneficial to improve the strength of cement-based grouting material.Finally,6%of the expansion agent content is selected as the optimal content of cement-based grouting materials,and the optimal content of fly ash is set at 10%to 15%.
