姜黄素/维生素C运输系统的构建与性质研究

摘要 制备姜黄素-维生素C脂质体,采用紫外分光光度法测定姜黄素-维生素C脂质体中姜黄素、维生素C的含量,由此计算包封率。姜黄素在426 nm处有最大吸收波长,质量浓度在0.5~3μg/mL范围时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=271.14x+0.0367,R^(2)=0.9988(n=6);维生素C在298 nm处有最大吸收波长,质量浓度在0.2~2.2μg/mL范围时与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=400.36x+0.0741,R^(2)=0.997(n=6)。 Construction and properties of curcumin/vitamin C transport system curcumin vitamin C liposomes were prepared.The contents of curcumin and vitamin C in curcumin vitamin C liposomes were determined by UV spectrophotometry,and the entrapment efficiency was calculated.Curcumin has the maximum absorption wavelength at 426 nm.There is a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.5~3μg/mL,and the regression equation is y=271.14x+0.0367,R^(2)=0.9988(n=6).Vitamin C has the maximum absorption wavelength at 298 nm.There is a good linear relationship with absorbance in the range of 0.2~2.2μg/mL,and the regression equation is y=400.36x+0.0741,R^(2)=0.997(n=6)。
