摘要
在海绵城市建设中透水砖可以促使路面积水较快速地通过孔隙渗透至地下,是一种不可或缺的建材。本文以煤基固废中煤矸石和建筑固废中废红砖作为主要原料,通过进行热处理后制备出一种具有一定抗压强度、良好透水性能的透水砖,此外,还在透水砖中添加了低成本的光触媒材料,例如二氧化钛和氧化锌等,光触媒吸收自然光后具有强氧化性,能有效催化分解空气中的甲醛等有机类有害气体,也能杀灭一些有害的细菌和病毒。因此,本研究制得的透水砖在具备透水功能的同时,还可以进一步改善人居环境,提升空气质量。
In the construction of sponge city,as an indispensable building material,the permeable brick can promote the water in the road surface to penetrate into the ground through the pores more quickly.In this paper,red bricks in construction and coal gangue from solid waste from coal-based solid waste were used as the main raw materials for permeable bricks.After heat treatment,a permeable brick with certain compressive strength and good water permeability was prepared.In addition,low-cost photocatalyst materials,such as titanium dioxide and zinc oxide,are added to the permeable bricks.The photocatalyst has strong oxidizing properties after absorbing natural light,which can effectively catalyze the decomposition of harmful organic gases such as formaldehyde in the air,and can also kill some harmful bacteria and viruses.Therefore,the permeable bricks prepared in this study not only have the function of permeation,but also can further improve the living environment and air quality.
