脱硫浆液运行性能特征评价因子与指标范围探究

Research on Evaluation Factors and Index Range of Desulfurization Slurry Operation Performance Characteristics

采用脱硫浆液运行性能特征评价因子来评价脱硫机组运行性能的优劣,并给出建议的指标控制范围,能够提升脱硫系统运行与维护效率。论文针对脱硫系统的结垢堵塞、腐蚀等问题给出具体的评价因子和指标范围,并给出了评价依据。最后论文以某厂330 MW机组脱硫系统为例,利用所提出的性能指标,对该机组在某段时间内的脱硫设备状态与运行质量进行了分析评价并提出改进意见。

Using the desulfurization slurry operating performance characteristic evaluation factor to evaluate the performance of the desulfurization unit and give the recommended index control range,which can improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the desulfurization system.The thesis gives specific evaluation factors and index ranges for the problems of fouling,corrosion,the evaluation basis is also given.Finally,taking the desulfurization system of a 330 MW unit in a certain plant as an example,the paper analyzes and evaluates the desulfurization equipment status and operation quality of the unit within a certain period and puts forward suggestions for improvement using the performance indicators proposed.
