绿色低碳微反应技术合成高纯度磷酸三丁酯产品的产业化研究 被引量:2

摘要 烟台远东精细化工有限公司和鲁东大学化学与材料科学学院及康宁反应器技术有限公司进行强强联合,以液液均相为反应相态完成了微通道反应器合成磷酸三丁酯产品的产业化开发,合成反应过后再经过中和水洗、脱醇、精馏等步骤得到了纯度可达99.5%的磷酸三丁酯产品,其技术指标达到了我国进出口级别,可替代进口产品;产品收率由传统工艺的85%提高到96%;生产过程实现了连续化、智能化,工艺具有安全性高、“三废少”、高效节能等优点,属于绿色低碳合成技术。 Yantai Far East Fine Chemical Co.,Ltd.,School of Chemistry and Materials Science,Ludong University,and Corning Reactor Technology Co.,Ltd.The industrial development of tributyl phosphate products of microchannel reactor was completed with liquid homogeneity as reaction phase.After the synthesis reaction,neutralization washing,dealcohol,distillation and other steps have a purity of 99.5%.Its technical indicators have reached China's import and export level,alternative to imported products.Product yield increased from 85%of the traditional technology to 96%.The production process is continuous and intelligent.The process has the advantages of high safety,"three wastes",high efficiency and energy saving,belongs to the green and low-carbon synthesis technology.
