摘要
改革传统教学模式,本文设计了以氟硼酸钴水合物为催化剂,在130℃,无溶剂条件下反应1 h,直接催化盐酸羟胺和酮类衍生物(物质的量比1.5∶1),从而一步法钴催化Beckmann重排反应得到相应酰胺的研究型综合实验。学生以小组合作为开展模式,通过文献调研、实验设计、实验过程、表征分析等一系列活动,自主创新实验方案。既能改善传统教学一成不变的习惯,又能全方位提高学生的综合素养,达到培养合格研究型人才的目的。
To reform the traditional teaching mode,this paper designed a research-based comprehensive experiment using cobalt borate hydrate as catalyst to catalyze hydroxylamine hydrochloride and ketone derivatives(molar ratio:1.5∶1)directly at 130℃in solsolvent free condition for 1 hour,so as to obtain corresponding amides through one-step cobalt catalyzed Beckmann rearrangement reaction.Through a series of activities,such as literature research,experimental design,experimental process,and characterization analysis,students independently innovate experimental schemes.It can not only improve the unchangeable bad habits of traditional teaching,but also improve the comprehensive quality of students in an all-round way,so as to achieve the purpose of cultivating qualified research talents.
