摘要
味精厂普遍使用液氨作为生产原料,随着城市发展,往往周边敏感区域众多,液氨一旦发生泄漏或者火灾将会给周边带来重大影响。运用定量风险分析方法对味精厂液氨储罐进行模拟计算分析,确定其所需的外部安全防护距离,并通过与国家规定的风险基准进行对比,提出降低风险的安全对策措施,以期对企业的安全管理和相关政府部门的安全监督提供指导与依据。
Monosodium glutamate factories generally use liquid ammonia as a raw material for production.As city develop,there are many sensitive areas around them.Once liquid ammonia leaks or fires,it will have a significant impact on the surrounding area.The quantitative risk analysis method is used to simulate and analyze the liquid ammonia storage tank of the monosodium glutamate factory to determine the required external safety protection distance,and through comparison with the national risk benchmark,put forward safety countermeasures to reduce risks,with a view to improving the company’s provide guidance and basis for safety management and safety supervision of relevant government departments.
