摘要
总结了合成橡胶行业的基本流程以及产污特点,并以某橡胶公司“25万t/a SBS橡胶装置”为例,围绕环评编制时的重难点——污染物排放达标性和防治措施有效性分析等核心内容进行了分析探讨。对亟待解决的合成橡胶行业后处理单元产生的大量尾气的处理进行了重点分析。
The basic process of the synthetic rubber industry and the characteristics of pollution are summarized.Taking"250000 t/a SBS rubber device"of a rubber company as an typical example,the key content of the pollutant discharge and the effectiveness of the control measures are analyzed and discussed.The processing of the large amount of tail gas generated by the post-processing unit of the synthetic rubber industry which needs to be solved urgently is analyzed.
