添加不同介质的蚯蚓培养床对污泥的处理效果

摘要 采用自制的蚯蚓培养床,考察了不同比例污泥、秸秆、水果和饼干组成的混合基质经培养床处理后,其基质总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)及有机质含量变化。在保持污泥占主体的情况下,按照污泥:秸秆:水果:饼干的质量比顺序,共设5个基质配比组,经过63 d的培养,结果表明:经蚯蚓培养床处理后,各培养床基质中TP、TN及有机质含量均显著降低,各培养床对基质TP、TN和有机质的平均去除率分别在68.7%~76%,76.8%~80.6%,51.3%~61.6%。添加不同介质对基质中TP、TN及有机质的去除效果影响不明显;各培养床中蚯蚓平均质量增加量为0.022~0.067 g,蚯蚓增殖量为340~422条,纯污泥培养床中蚯蚓的增重和增殖最多;与纯污泥培养床相比,添加其他介质可减少培养床中基质板结,提高基质处理率0.45%~2.7%。 In order to study the change of TP,TN and organic matter,we used the homemade earthworm cultivation bed composed by different proportions of sludge,straw,fruit and biscuits,kept the sewage sludge be the dominant and set up five groups.After 63 days’training,the results shows that after treated by the earthworm cultivation bed,the TP,TN and organic matter in each cultivation bed kept decreased.Average removal rate of the TP,TN and organic matter are in the range of 68.7%~76%,76.8%~80.6%,51.3%~61.6%.The addition of different media significantly affected the removal of TP,TN and organic matter of the matrix.The earthworms’average weight increased 0.022~0.067 g and the number increased 340~422.Pure sewage sludge cultivation bed gained weight and proliferation more than others.Compared with pure sludge culture bed,added other matrix can reduce the matrix’s harden,improve matrix treatment rate of 0.45%to 2.7%.
