摘要
目的:探讨案例式PBL教学模式在《心肺康复治疗学》教学和考核中的应用价值。方法:选取我校康复治疗学2018级123名学生为研究对象,1班60人为实验组,2班63人为对照组。实验组采用案例式PBL教学,对照组采用传统讲授教学法。采用病案分析对两组学生进行考核。结果:案例式PBL教学组案例分析考核中的问诊、康复评定、康复治疗环节成绩均高于对照组。结论:案例式PBL教学能有效提高学生临床问题解决能力和临床思维能力。
Objective: To explore the application value of the case-based PBL teaching mode in the teaching and assessment of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation Therapy. Methods: 123 students of rehabilitation therapy grade 2018 in our school were selected as the research objects, 60 in class 1 as the experimental group and 63 in class 2 as the control group. The experimental group adopted case-based PBL teaching, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method. The two groups of students were assessed by medical cases analysis. Results: In the case-based PBL teaching group, the performance of the clinical inquiry, rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation treatment in the case analysis and assessment were higher than those of the control group. Conclusion: Case-based PBL teaching can effectively improve students’ clinical problem-solving ability and clinical thinking ability.
