基于多源数据的历史文化名城空间格局与形态导控——以长春市历史文化名城保护规划为例

摘要 如何在历史文化名城保护过程中,让古城可见、可读、激活、可游,是历史文化名城长久发展必须要解决的问题。首先归纳总结当前常见的可见度差、活力低、文化感知弱、传播途径缺乏、管控不精准等名城保护普适性困境并解析其背后动因;其次对传统历史文化名城保护手段进行反思与创新,找到破解名城保护瓶颈的多源数据集成方法并对其构成及优势进行解析,探寻适合城市历史空间活化与文化传播的可行路径;最后以长春市为例,针对名城保护的典型问题,耦合光谱、激光点云等客观数据分析与公众偏好度、专业社会团体感知度等主观数据分析,实现长春市名城保护立体感知、多领域协同与激活范式转变,以期为数据支撑下其他历史文化名城空间格局及形态导控提供多源数据新思路与价值激活新手段。 How to make the ancient city visible,readable,activate and can travel in the process of protecting the famous historical and cultural city is a problem that must be solved for the long-term development.The research first summarizes the current common dilemmas in the protection of famous cities,such as poor visibility,low vitality,weak cultural perception,lack of communication channels,and inaccurate management and control,and analyzes the reasons behind them;Innovate,find a multi-source data integration method to break the bottleneck of famous city protection,analyze its composition and advantages,and explore a feasible path suitable for urban historical space activation and cultural dissemination,finally,taking Changchun as an example,aiming at the typical problems of famous city protection,coupling spectrum Objective data analysis,such as laser point cloud,and subjective data analysis such as public preference and professional social group perception,realize the transformation of the three-dimensional perception,multi-field collaboration and activation of Changchun famous city protection.It is expected to provide new ideas for multi-source data and new means of value activation for the spatial pattern and form control of other famous historical and cultural cities under the support of data.
