乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德治疗肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的效果观察

Effect Observation of Acetylcysteine Combined with Budesonide in Treatment of Chronic Cough Caused by Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

目的:分析吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液联合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎支原体感染致慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选取2018年3月-2019年7月紫金县人民医院收治的50例小儿肺炎支原体感染所致慢性咳嗽患儿作为研究对象,根据盲选法分为观察组与参照组,各25例。参照组使用布地奈德进行治疗,观察组在参照组基础上应用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液进行治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、咳嗽评分及咳嗽消失时间。结果:治疗后,观察组咳嗽评分低于参照组,咳嗽消失时间短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿肺炎支原体感染所导致的慢性咳嗽患儿使用吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液联合布地奈德进行治疗,可降低患儿咳嗽评分,缩短咳嗽消失时间,治疗效果显著,具有临床推广价值。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effects of acetylcysteine solution for inhalation combined with budesonide in thetreatment of children with chronic cough caused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection. Methods: Fifty children with chronic coughcaused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in Zijin County People’s Hospital from March 2018 to July 2019 were selected asthe study subjects. According to the blinding selection method, they were divided into an observation group and a reference group,with 25 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with budesonide, and the observation group was treated withacetylcysteine solution for inhalation on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy, cough score and coughdisappearance time were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the cough score of the observation group waslower than that of the reference group, and the cough disappearance time was shorter than that of the reference group, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than thatin the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of chronic coughcaused by Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children, the combined treatment of acetylcysteine solution for inhalation andbudesonide can reduce the children’s cough score, shorten cough disappearance time, exhibit significant treatment effect and haveclinical promotion value.
