Objective: To analyze the application effect of optimizing nursing process on stroke emergency patients. Methods: Atotal of 90 stroke patients admitted to the Department of Emergency Medicine of Shandong Sunshine Union Hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the research subjects. According to the order of admission, they were divided into two groups, each with 45 cases. The control group implemented the general emergency nursing process, and the experimental groupimplemented the optimized nursing process. The emergency time, complication rate and emergency nursing satisfaction werecompared between the two groups. Results: The time from admission to diagnosis, time from diagnosis to specialist treatment, andemergency stay in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of emergency nursing in the experimental group was higherthan that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Optimizing the nursing processhas a significant effect on the application of emergency stroke patients, which can significantly shorten the emergency time ofpatients, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
