综合护理干预对脑梗死吞咽障碍患者的应用价值研究

Application Value of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Cerebral Infarction with Dysphagia

目的:分析综合护理干预对脑梗死吞咽障碍患者的应用价值。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年3月泰州市第二人民医院神经内科收治的60例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施综合护理干预,比较两组护理前后吞咽功能、神经功能、生活自理能力及护理满意度评分。结果:护理前,两组洼田饮水试验、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)及日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组洼田饮水试验、NIHSS及ADL评分均优于护理前,且研究组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能够促进脑梗死吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的改善,减轻神经功能损伤,提高其生活自理能力,且患者满意度较高,建议应用并予以推广。

Objective: To analyze the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with cerebral infarction with dysphagia. Methods: A total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of Taizhou Second People’s Hospital from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups, each with 30 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the research group was given comprehensive nursing intervention. The scores of swallowing function, neurological function, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results: Before nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the water swallow test, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) and the ADL(P>0.05). After nursing, the scores of water swallow test, NIHSS and ADL in the two groups were better than those before nursing, and the research group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the improvement of swallowing function in patients with cerebral infarction with dysphagia,reduce neurological damage, improve their self-care ability, and has high patient satisfaction, which is recommended to be applied and promoted.
