舒适护理对门诊急诊患者的应用效果观察

Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Outpatient Emergency Patients

目的:分析舒适护理对门诊急诊患者的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1-4月广东省阳春市医院收治的门诊急诊患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,比较两组患者护理满意度、心理状态及自护能力。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组SDS、SAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组各项自护能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组各项自护能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:门诊急诊中引入舒适护理,可显著改善患者心理状态,提升其自护能力和护理满意度,有利于疾病治疗。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of comfortable nursing in outpatient emergency patients. Methods: A total of 120 outpatient emergency patients admitted to Yangchun Hospital from January to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comfortable nursing. The nursing satisfaction, psychological state and self-care ability of the two groups were compared. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS) between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the scores of self-care ability between the two groups(P>0.05). After the intervention, the self-care ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The introduction of comfortable nursing in outpatient emergency can significantly improve the psychological state of patients, enhance their self-care ability and nursing satisfaction,and is conducive to disease treatment.
