临床护理保护应用于呼吸内科护理管理中的价值研究

Value of Clinical Nursing Protection in Nursing Management of Respiratory Medicine

目的:分析临床护理保护应用于呼吸内科护理管理中的价值。方法:选取2018年4月-2021年4月齐河县人民医院收治的80例呼吸系统疾病患者作为研究对象,以奇偶分组法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。研究组实施临床护理保护,对照组实施常规护理措施,比较两组风险因素发生情况及护理满意度。结果:研究组风险因素发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予呼吸内科患者临床护理保护措施,可有效降低风险因素发生率,提高患者满意度,建议应用并予以推广。

Objective: To analyze the value of clinical nursing protection in the nursing management of respiratory medicine.Methods: 80 patients with respiratory system diseases admitted to Qihe County People’s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into study group and control group by odd-even grouping method, 40 cases in each group. Clinical nursing protection was implemented in the study group, while routine nursing measures were implemented in the control group. The occurrence of risk factors and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results: The incidence of risk factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Giving clinical nursing protection measures to respiratory medicine patients can effectively reduce the incidence of risk factors and improve patient satisfaction. It is recommended to apply and promote it.
