医院体检中心护理安全隐患分析及应对措施

Analysis and Countermeasures of Nursing Safety Hidden Dangers in Hospital Physical Examination Center

摘要 目的:分析医院体检中心的护理安全隐患并制定应对措施,以进一步提升医院管理水平与服务质量。方法:选取2020年1-12月于甘肃省武威肿瘤医院体检中心体检的136例健康体检者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各68例。对照组实施常规护理质量管理,研究组实施健康体检路径。比较两组体检期间质量问题发生情况、体检质量管理评分、纠纷发生情况及满意度。结果:研究组总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组沟通能力、健康宣教、服务礼仪及主动服务评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组纠纷发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院体检中心质量管理中融入健康体检路径,可减少质量问题,提高体检质量,防范安全隐患问题,优化体检流程,值得应用并予以推广。 Objective: To analyze the hidden dangers of nursing safety in the medical examination center of the hospital andformulate countermeasures, so as to further improve the management level and service quality of the hospital. Methods: A total of 136 healthy subjects who received physical examinations in the Physical Examination Center of Wuwei Cancer Hospital of GansuProvince from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 68 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing quality management, and the study groupimplemented the path of health examination. The occurrence of quality problems during the physical examination, the qualitymanagement score of physical examination, the occurrence of disputes and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results: The total incidence in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05). The scores of communication ability, health education, service etiquette and active service in the study groupwere higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of disputes inthe study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction ofthe study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Theintegration of the health examination path into the quality management of the hospital physical examination center can reducequality problems, improve the quality of physical examination, prevent potential safety problems, and optimize the physicalexamination process, which is worthy of application and promotion.
