规范化肠内营养联合皮肤护理在神经重症失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果研究

Application Effect of Standardized Enteral Nutrition Combined with Skin Care in Patients with Severe Neurological Incontinence Dermatitis

目的:研究规范化肠内营养联合皮肤护理在神经重症失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月-2021年2月湖北省宜昌市第二人民医院收治的61例失禁性皮炎患者作为研究对象,均接受规范化肠内营养联合皮肤护理干预,比较患者护理前后的腹泻率及皮炎恢复情况。结果:护理后,患者腹泻率低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,失禁相关性皮炎干预工具(IADIT)分级重度的患者少于护理前,IADIT分级轻、中度的患者多于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,患者皮肤状况评分工具(SAT)评分低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:规范化肠内营养联合皮肤护理在神经重症失禁性皮炎患者中的应用效果显著,有利于患者皮肤修复,对于改善皮肤炎症有积极作用。

Objective: To study the application effect of standardized enteral nutrition combined with skin care in patients with severe neurological incontinence dermatitis. Methods: A total of 61 patients with incontinence dermatitis who were admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Yichang City, Hubei Province from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and all received standardized enteral nutrition combined with skin care intervention. The diarrhea rate and dermatitis recovery of patients before and after nursing were compared. Results: After nursing, the diarrhea rate of patients was lower than before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the patients with severe incontinencerelated dermatitis intervention tool(IADIT) classification were less than those before nursing, and the patients with mild and moderate IADIT classification were more than those before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After nursing, the skin condition score tool(SAT) score of patients was lower than before nursing, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application effect of standardized enteral nutrition combined with skin care in patients with severe neurological incontinence dermatitis is significant, which is beneficial to the skin repair of patients and has a positive effect on improving skin inflammation.
