摘要
目的通过血管铸型和数字减影技术观察家兔动脉血管走行,确定脊髓血液供应,建立家兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤模型。方法以清洁级新西兰家兔为实验对象,通过肌肉注射药物麻醉、左心室插玻璃管、血管铸型剂灌注、标本腐蚀冲洗、修整清洁、封装保存等步骤,制作家兔动脉血管铸型标本;选取清洁级新西兰家兔12只,通过肌肉注射药物麻醉、动脉夹闭、注射造影剂、采集图像、解除动脉夹闭、再次注射造影剂、再次采集图像等步骤,建立家兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤模型。结果制作成功的家兔动脉血管铸型标本血管充盈良好、疏密有度,6对腰动脉血管充盈饱满、走行清晰,能够完整地显示出腰动脉及其细小分支动脉的分布,适宜实验观察;通过数字减影技术,可更直观地显示为脊髓组织供血的腰动脉细小分支动脉,并可动态观察夹闭腰动脉前后腰动脉及其细小分支动脉的血流情况,从而确保模型建立成功。12只家兔模型建立均成功。结论通过血管铸型和数字减影技术建立家兔脊髓缺血再灌注损伤模型操作简单、成功率高。
Objective To determine the blood supply of the spinal cord by observing the vascular markings of the arterial blood vessels in rabbits by vascular casting and digital subtraction angiography,and to establish the spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury rabbits model.Methods New Zealand rabbits of clean grade were used as experimental subjects,and the procedure of making the specimens of the rabbit arterial vascular casts was done by intramuscular injection of drug anesthesia,glass tube insertion into the left ventricle,vascular casting agent perfusion,specimen corrosion and flushing,trimming and cleaning,and packaging and preservation.Twelve New Zealand rabbits of clean grade were selected to establish the spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury rabbits model by intramuscular injection of drug anesthesia,arterial clipping,contrast agent injection,image acquisition,removal of artery clipping,contrast agent injection again,and image acquisition again.Results The blood vessels of the successfully made rabbit arterial vascular casts were abundant with proper density,6 pairs of lumbar arteries were abundant with clear vessels running,which could completely show the distribution of the lumbar artery and its small branches,which was suitable for experimental observation;By digital subtraction angiography,the small branch arteries of the lumbar artery that supply blood to the spinal cord tissue could be more visually displayed,and the blood flow of the lumbar artery and its small branch arteries before and after clipping the lumbar artery could be dynamically observed,thereby ensuring the success of the model establishment.The models of 12 rabbits were established successfully.Conclusion The establishment of spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury rabbits model by vascular casting and digital subtraction angiography is simple with high success rate.
