中药穴位贴敷联合运脾推拿法和常规疗法治疗小儿渗透性腹泻湿热中阻证40例临床观察

Clinical observation on 40 cases of osmotic diarrhea in children with damp-heat obstructing middle energizer syndrome treated by acupoint application of Chinese materia medica combined with activating spleen tuina manipulation and routine treatment

目的 观察中药穴位贴敷联合运脾推拿法和常规疗法治疗小儿渗透性腹泻湿热中阻证的临床疗效。方法 将80例渗透性腹泻湿热中阻证患儿根据双盲法并采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予常规疗法联合运脾推拿法治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。治疗3 d后比较2组的临床疗效,腹痛缓解及大便恢复正常时间。结果 治疗组总有效率为97.5%(39/40),对照组为77.5%(31/40),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组腹痛缓解及大便恢复正常时间均明显短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 中药穴位贴敷联合运脾推拿法和常规疗法治疗小儿渗透性腹泻湿热中阻证能够明显改善症状,缩短症状缓解时间,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Chinese materia medica( CMM) combined with activating spleen tuina manipulation and routine treatment for osmotic diarrhea in children with damp-heat obstructing middle energizer syndrome. Methods Eighty cases of osmotic diarrhea in children with damp-heat obstructing middle energizer syndrome were divided into treatment group and control group according to double-blind method and random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment combined with activating spleen tuina manipulation,on this basis,the treatment group was combined with acupoint application of CMM. After 3 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy,abdominal pain relief and stool recovery time between the 2 groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%( 39/40),that of the control group was 77.5%( 31/40),and the difference was statistically significant between the 2 groups( P<0.01). The time of abdominal pain relief and stool return to normal in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant( P<0.01). Conclusion It can markedly alleviate the symptoms,shorten the relief time of symptoms with marked efficacy to use acupoint application of CMM combined with activating spleen tuina manipulation and routine treatment for osmotic diarrhea in children with damp-heat obstructing middle energizer syndrome,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
