查阅相关文献,从炎症介质、缺氧、铁调素及其他相关因素等4个方面对促红细胞生成素(EPO)参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发生过程的相关研究进行概述,发现EPO参与了COPD的发生、发展过程,未来可进一步扩大临床试验研究或全基因组学研究,以便更详细、更准确地阐明EPO影响COPD的作用机制。

Referring to the relevant literature,this paper summarizes the relevant research on the participation of erythropoietin(EPO)in the pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)from the 4 aspects of inflammatory mediators,hypoxia,hepcidin and other related factors,and finds that EPO plays a role in COPD pathogenesis.In the future,clinical trial research or genome-wide research can be further expanded,so as to elucidate the action mechanism of EPO affecting COPD in more detail and accurately.
