摘要
论文以图书馆阅读推广组织模式为研究对象,以阅读推广开放模式为研究出发点,分析对比图书馆阅读推广不同模式的资源来源、人员构成、组织运作结构和服务成果归属特点。归纳阅读推广开放模式内涵,概括图书馆阅读推广开放模式实施对策:明确图书馆为开放模式中组织主导方,坚守图书馆服务价值观与宗旨,增强合作动力,规范组织运行流程,建立激励制度,做好知识产权与读者个人信息保护。
Taking the organizational model of library reading promotion as the research object and the open model of reading promotion as the research starting point,this paper analyzes and compares the resource sources,personnel composition,organizational operation structure and service achievement attribution characteristics of different models of library reading promotion.This paper sums up the reading promotion open pattern connotation and reading promotion model implementation countermeasures,including making clear that the library is the leading organization in the open mode,adhering to the library service values and purposes,enhancing cooperation motivation,standardizing organization operation process,establishing incentive system,and protecting intellectual property rights and readers personal information.
