旧楼房改造图书馆实践探索--以白河县图书馆长春路分馆改造实践为例

Practice and Exploration of the Old Library Building Renovation:Taking the Renovation Practice of Changchun Road Branch Library of Baihe County Library as an Example

十八大以来,在政府高度重视公共文化服务体系建设的背景下,“两馆一站”等公共文化基础设施建设不断加强。然而对于土地资源稀缺、建设资金紧张的地方通常是政府调拨公产进行改造。本文以白河县图书馆长春路分馆改造实践为例,就如何安全、节俭、快速、少走弯路地将一栋不知根底、非图书馆用途的旧楼房改造成安全、实用、现代化的图书馆用房,为有类似情况的同仁提供一点借鉴参考。

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the construction of public cultural infrastructure such as“Two Centers and One Station”has been continuously strengthened with the government attaching great importance to the construction of public cultural service system.However,it is usually the government that allocates public property to transform places where land resources are scarce and construction funds are tight.Taking the reconstruction practice of Changchun Road Branch Library of Baihe County Library as an example,this paper discusses how to safely,frugally,quickly,and steadily transform an unknown building which is not used for library purpose into a safe,practical and modern library building,and provides reference for libraries in the similar situation.
